This will be held at The Knut, Plein-an-gwarry, St Just, Penzance TR19 7HX

It is a relaxing day learning techniques of massage and basic aspects of Chinese Medicine including:

• Wuxing 5 Elements theory and application
• Zangfu theory
• Pulse Taking
• Diagnosis
• Chinese Massage Techniques
• Taoist Ways of Healing

Details

• A week of Tai Chi and Qigong
• A week of Feng Shou (Hand of the Wind) Kung Fu
• A week of Anmo energy meridian massage and Ancient Chinese Medicine
• Each day will be 11 a.m – 4 p.m
• Tea is provided
• We will be on Sennen Beach or at Sennen Churchtown Hall TR19 7AD.
• We meet at the beach in the car park by the Beach restaurant, we will be going to the far end of the beach.
• We also have a whatsapp chat group to coordinate where we will be each day
• We provide tea but bring lunch or you can buy lunch at the Cafe on the beach .
• Parking at the top car park is cheaper and less busy usually.
• When we are at the Hall there is parking there.
