The Tai Chi and Kung Fu weeks will be held either on Sennen Beach TR19 7DG weather permitting or at Sennen Churchtown Hall TR19 7AD otherwise

Tea is provided but bring some lunch or there is a cafe on the beach. We walk to the far end of the beach away from the crowds.

The top car park is cheaper for a day and from there you can walk down to the course

Anmo Health And Massage Week

A week of Anmo energy meridian massage and Ancient Chinese Medicine

This will be held at The Knut, Plein-an-gwarry, St Just, Penzance TR19 7HX

Each day will be 11am – 4 p.m

It is a relaxing day learning techniques of massage and basic aspects of Chinese Medicine
